Product Function
Green Laser's self-developed optical lens includes a reflective optical copper mirror group, a built-in water cooling circulation system, an optical focusing system, and an adjustment module. It is equipped with four, six, and eight-channel high-throughput, annular nozzles. The nozzle part is made of tungsten steel. While being resistant to high temperatures, it greatly extends the service life of the nozzle and can achieve a more concentrated powder feeding effect and higher cladding efficiency during the cladding process.
Machine Features
1. Fully enclosed structure, dustproof grade IP65, ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment in complex industrial environments.
2. A combination of multiple nozzle powder feeding methods greatly improves the powder deposition efficiency and achieves a uniform and dense cladding layer, which is suitable for different materials and process requirements.
3. The full copper mirror design ensures stable spot quality, improves the reliability of continuous operation, and effectively solves the stability of high-power cladding.
4. The inner cavity double water cooling and coaxial airflow protection system are adopted to extend the service life of the lens.
5. With a variety of nozzles to choose from, CCD can be optionally equipped to facilitate the observation of the molten pool process and real-time monitoring of the molten pool morphology and temperature.
