Product Function
Green Laser's self-developed optical lens includes a reflective optical copper mirror group, a built-in water cooling circulation system, an optical focusing system, and an adjustment module. It is equipped with four, six, and eight-channel high-throughput, annular nozzles. The nozzle part is made of tungsten steel. While being resistant to high temperatures, it greatly extends the service life of the nozzle and can achieve a more concentrated powder feeding effect and higher cladding efficiency during the cladding process.
Machine Features
- 1. Fully enclosed structure, dustproof grade IP65, ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment in complex industrial environments.
- 2. A combination of multiple nozzle powder feeding methods greatly improves the powder deposition efficiency and achieves a uniform and dense cladding layer, which is suitable for different materials and process requirements.
- 3. The full copper mirror design ensures stable spot quality, improves the reliability of continuous operation, and effectively solves the stability of high-power cladding.
- 4. The inner cavity double water cooling and coaxial airflow protection system are adopted to extend the service life of the lens.
- 5. With a variety of nozzles to choose from, CCD can be optionally equipped to facilitate the observation of the molten pool process and real-time monitoring of the molten pool morphology and temperature.
