Product Function
Green Laser's self-developed optical lens includes a reflective optical copper mirror group, a built-in water cooling circulation system, an optical focusing system, and an adjustment module. It is equipped with four, six, and eight-channel high-throughput, annular nozzles. The nozzle part is made of tungsten steel. While being resistant to high temperatures, it greatly extends the service life of the nozzle and can achieve a more concentrated powder feeding effect and higher cladding efficiency during the cladding process.
Machine Features
- IP65 Dustproof Structure: Fully enclosed structure ensures long-term stable operation of the equipment in complex industrial environments.
- Optimized Powder Deposition: A combination of multiple nozzle powder feeding methods greatly improves the powder deposition efficiency and achieves a uniform and dense cladding layer suitable for different materials and process requirements.
- Stable Spot Quality: The full copper mirror design ensures stable spot quality, improves the reliability of continuous operation, and effectively solves the stability of high-power cladding.
- Advanced Cooling Protection: The inner cavity double water cooling and coaxial airflow protection system are adopted to extend the service life of the lens.
- Real-time Monitoring: With a variety of nozzles to choose from, CCD can be optionally equipped to facilitate the observation of the molten pool process and real-time monitoring of the molten pool morphology and temperature.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the main differences between the GR-100LR and GR-120LR models?
A1: The primary difference is the power level. The GR-100LR supports up to 10KW, while the GR-120LR is designed for higher power configurations up to 12KW.
Q2: What types of fiber optic interfaces are compatible with this lens?
A2: Both models support standard QBH, QD, and LLK fiber optic interfaces, offering wide compatibility for various industrial setups.
Q3: How does the cooling system protect the lens from high temperatures?
A3: The lens system features an inner cavity double water cooling circulation system combined with coaxial airflow protection, effectively dissipating heat and extending the lens's operational lifespan.
Q4: Why is tungsten steel used for the nozzle part?
A4: Tungsten steel provides excellent high-temperature resistance. This extends the service life of the nozzle and ensures a more concentrated powder feeding effect and higher cladding efficiency.
Q5: Can I monitor the cladding process in real-time?
A5: Yes, the lens supports optional CCD interfaces (TYPE-C and TYPE-CS), allowing operators to observe the molten pool morphology and monitor temperatures in real-time.
Q6: What is the dustproof rating of this optical lens?
A6: The optical lens is designed with a fully enclosed structure achieving a dustproof grade of IP65, ensuring stable operation in harsh industrial environments.
